- Friday afternoon: Simorre (from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) under the Hall. Very small market, mostly organic, very local.
This is the opportunity to have a drink at The Bouche à Oreille, a community bar restaurant, on the village square. A food truck with very good burgers, especially with Foie Gras, is often there too.
